A complete support

Our technical teams are responsible for assisting our clients in the configuration and use of our software. They are able to respond to all technical requests as quickly as possible.

Our support is made up of two teams located in France:

  • A level 1 support team including 6 people
  • A level 2 support team for complex issues including 8 people

Thanks to the multiple nationalities of our teams, they can quickly answer all questions by e-mail or by phone in English, French, Spanish, and Chinese. We have 3 call centers in Europe, America and Asia for our international clients reachable by phone and email.
