Exalog’s gender equality index, released in 2022 for calendar year 2021, is 78/100 and is composed of 4 indicators associated with their score, as follows:

  • The gap in individual salary increase rates between women and men: 35/35. Exalog obtains the highest score for this indicator.
  • Return from maternity leave: 15/15. Exalog also obtains the maximum score for this indicator.
  • Salary gap between women and men: 23/40. The company has decided to refine its analyses of salaries in order to shed light on the disparities identified, in particular, in the allocation of individual annual increases.
  • The number of employees of the under-represented gender among the top ten earners: 5/10. The company has decided to improve the balance of representation between women and men within the top ten earners and to raise awareness among managers during promotion plans and external recruitment for professional equality.
