Exalog’s gender equality index, released in 2023 for calendar year 2022, is 89/100 and is composed of 4 indicators associated with their score, as follows:
- The gap in individual salary increase rates between women and men: 35/35.
- Return from maternity leave: 15/15.
- Salary gap between women and men: 29/40.
- The number of employees of the under-represented gender among the top ten earners: 10/10.
Within our company, three indicators have therefore obtained the highest possible score in the area of professional equality. As for the fourth indicator, it should be noted that it is up from the previous year.
