Cash Management Application Support Consultant

Job description
Within the Analyses and Implementations team, you will be part of the Customer Relations department, which assists clients in the implementation of cash management software, and in monitoring their use.
You will handle level 2 or 3 anomalies reported by user clients: analysis of the problem, drafting of specifications, opening of tickets, follow-up of the resolution in coordination with the development teams.
You ensure the operational follow-up of clients assigned to you: communication on the timeframe for resolving problems, taking charge of evolution requests, writing specifications on the problems encountered.
Your experience will allow you to lead implementation projects at the client's site:
- Analysis of the client's business context, definition of parameters
- Software configuration
- User training
- Tests at the client's site
You will work in a strong functional context, on essential treatments for your client: banking communication (payments) and treasury management.
You will be permanently trained on our products and on cash management.

As part of the Operations team (7 people), you will be involved in the administration of a fleet of machines hosting software in SaaS mode, comprising two highly secure data centres.
You will be in charge of:
- Administration of Kubernetes clusters and creation of container images
- Ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines
- Installation and administration of servers in data centres
- Supervision and monitoring of servers, system and network activity
- Backup administration
- Processing GLPI tickets
- Database administration
- On-call monitoring of production activities
- Maintaining safety

You know how to program administration scripts in languages like shell, bash, or python.
You have knowledge of databases, administration and queries in SQL language, ideally on PostgreSQL.

- Review and validation of functional specifications written by others,
- Being the referent for the other teams on the functional aspects,

Candidate profile
You have analytical and synthesis skills.
With a degree from an engineering school, you are new to the job and/or have experience in a similar position.

Reporting to the Head of Testing, as a Software Tester you will be involved in the quality process for software developed by Exalog.
Your missions are the following:
- Ensuring compliance between developments and functional specifications
- Writing test cases
- Running tests manually
- Analyzing the gaps between expected and achieved results
- Writing the anomaly sheets resulting from the tests performed
- Following the anomalies reported to the development team
Candidate profile
You have a degree in computer science and can speak operational French and English.
You have a sense of rigor and can handle complex software. You know how to put yourself in the place of the user and you look for the problems he/she may encounter. You imagine scenarios that could cause anomalies in the software.
You are curious and do not hesitate to communicate to ask questions to other testers, developers or specifiers.
Finally, having an ISTQB certification and/or knowledge in test automation would be a plus.
